  • Training and Development for Banks:

Trained more than 18,000 relationship officers, account officers   and   relationship   managers,   2800   branch & regional managers, 800 treasury dealers for Bank Mandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank BJB, Bank Kalbar, Bank SULUTGO, Bank Papua, Bank Syariah Mandiri, BTN Syariah, Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, Bank Maybank Indonesia, BCA, Bank BTPN, Citibank, and Deutsche Bank.

The extensive training experience has been conducted for Micro, Consumer, Retail, Private/ Priority , SME, Commercial & Corporate Banking.

  • Establishment of the BJB Sales Academy Curriculum & Training

Developed the Sales & Sales Management modules for the entire BJB University Sales Academy from consumer lending, retail funding, micro, SME, commercial & corporate banking segments.

  • Bancassurance Partnership Consultancy:

Established partnership distribution between Life Insurance Companies and Banks . Developing initiatives in product development, training & development, product distribution through customer mapping of the branches, channel conflict management and creation of sales tools.

  • Consumer/Retail and SME Consultancy for Banks:

Provided consultancy for the establishment of the Consumer/Retail and SME business for Bank Mega, Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, Bank Tabungan Negara,  Bank CIMB Niaga, Bank BTPN, and Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI).

  • Multimedia Interactive Learning:

Developed web/app based e-learning and established a new division on blended learning focusing on developing e-learning modules for banks and insurance.

Created tools for agents to recruit & for unit managers to present to policyholders.

Developed Bancassurance & Multimedia for Allianz Life: Solutions Based Selling Skills & eAZy Plan a financial calculator used by Bancassurance consultants.

Created  tools  for  the  banks  to  standardize service and selling through the branches nationwide such as CIMB Niaga & Bank BTPN.

Developed and still an on going at partner of AAJI ( Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia ) for Continuing Profesional Development Agency Licensing.

  • Developed and Provided Achieving Customer Service Excellence Training for Bank BNI Annual Event

Exceeding Customers Expectations, work target participants range from Branch Manager, Customer Services and Teller Officers to Security Officers.

  • LOMA Representative for Indonesia (1995 – 2011)

Tandika Learning Institute for Financial Services used to be the exclusive representative of LOMA for Indonesia promoting all the programs and services. Tandika Learning Institute coordinates the examination of the FLMI, promotes and conducts all the pertinent training programs for home office including customer service programs, team building, supervisory skills, etc. Tandika Learning Institute has managed to recruit more than 35 LOMA members in Indonesia from the life insurance industry
